Together we will map out a plan to bring you to your goals. You will receive private nutrition and lifestyle coaching sessions, along with daily accountability and support through text, phone and email.

During our virtual time together, we can include cooking/interactive workshops in your kitchen where I will personally walk you through meal prepping nourishing meals using the ingredients and kitchen tools you already have on hand.   

Or we can simply talk through what is coming up in your mind and body.

Private 1:1 Coaching Structure

Weekly Calls

I recommend that all new clients start out on a weekly call schedule to set the foundations of working together. This is will give us the opportunity to establish that open line of communication and trust with one another while also taking a deep dive into the things we are looking to work on together.

Bi -Weekly Calls

Once we get into a steady rhythm and you are starting to see the results of our work together; we will start meeting bi-weekly with supportive communication via text, phone or email in between calls.

Monthly Calls

Towards the end of our contract together; we will switch to meeting only once a month. You will have the foundational work completed, be feeling the true benefits of our time together and will only need support in the last few things for that last bit of time together.

  • Personalized Pantry & Kitchen Makeover: We can use a virtual session to clean out everything in your kitchen that doesn’t align with your goals

  • Learn to Cook with Virtual Interactive Sessions: Use the kitchen tools and ingredients you already have to meal prep a week’s worth of nourishment for your body

  • Customized Grocery Shopping Experience: Learn how to read labels, choose nutrient-dense foods, and shop efficiently

  • Exclusive Detox or Cleanse Program: Tailored specifically to your unique health goals, with step-by-step support, including shopping lists, meal prep guidance, and daily check-ins

  • Health Retreats or Intensive Days: half-day or full-day retreats focused on deepening your wellness journey through immersive experiences like yoga sessions, cooking classes, nature walks, meditation workshops, and goal-setting intensives
