This Group Coaching Program is educational, interactive and supportive - designed for anyone seeking a whole new approach to their health. It is grounded in regenerative health principles that you will learn along the way.
Through mindset work, lifestyle adjustments, detox protocols, and clinical expertise - you will start making sustainable changes to transform your health. In an initial private consult and weekly group education and coaching calls we explore and heal your unique health challenges in community.
Over the course of working with me you will uncover HOW to embrace a healthier, more balanced lifestyle that resonates with your personal wellness goals and that enables you to gain greater resiliency in your body and your life.
This is a welcoming space for you to let go of the things that are holding you back from living a joyful life. We all want to become the best versions of ourselves, and there are real, simple steps you can start taking from Day 1 to get you on your way there.

This is where we get started together. We will spend time uncovering your goals and mapping out a custom plan for your time in the program, on the Coaching Calls - and beyond. Nourish & Flourish 2.0 gifts you a full health intake at the beginning of the program and another at the end of the program to set you up for sustainable success.

Each week will explore a different area of health and wellness, taking the time to check in on each other’s journeys and navigate challenges and celebrate wins. Nourish & Flourish 2.0 has Lunch & Learn every other week (educational interactive calls) and Lunch & Connect (casual conversations and coaching). All calls are recorded. You can be fully or fully self paced for this program.

Knowledge is power! You’ll have access to hours of video content and reading materials that will supplement the work we do in our coaching calls. This is self-paced programming that you can return to over and over again. Additional resources and modules are available for additional payment - you can always keep learning! (If you are a 1:1 client you receive all resources).

With individual coaching sessions, we will tackle specific challenges that you are facing with bi-weekly check-ins. This time will be tailored to your needs and allow the time to dig into physical, mental and emotional root cause, overcome obstacles and strategize to reach goals and find your balance in life.

With this personalilzed offering, you will have access to support through text messaging with Jillian. You can send questions, wins, request for support and more.
